The camera-ready version of accepted papers should be uploaded on EDAS. Please note that registration is required to upload the camera-ready version. Each paper and each invited talk in the main conference must have at least one full registration, even if the only attendee is a student. Each full registration can be used to cover 3 papers (including workshop papers). All full registrations and student registrations for the main conference will automatically include registrations for all the workshops, and one ticket to the conference banquet. Each workshop paper must have either a full conference registration, or a full Workshop Only registration. The Workshops Only option does not include admission to the banquet. Each full workshop Only registration can be used to only cover 2 workshop papers. To register, please go to https://wiopt2016.regfox.com/wiopt2016. After you pay for the registration, record the registration code. Enter the registration code at the EDAS paper information page.

The copyright of the Proceedings of WiOpt 2016 will be held by IEEE. The process of completing the copyright form is handled via EDAS paper information page. Please ensure that you complete the online form before you submit your final manuscript.

The final 'camera-ready' manuscript is due by March 15, 2016, 23:59 PST (firm deadline). Please ensure that you address all reviewer comments and concerns in the final manuscript.

Help with embedded fonts

Sometimes the embedding of fonts can be an issue. Here are some points to overcome this problem.

No Show Policy

WiOpt enforces a "No Show" policy. Any accepted paper which is included in the final program is expected to have at least one author to have a complete registration, and the paper be presented at the conference by one of the authors. The "No Show" papers will be removed from the Master USB and noted as "Author unavailable for presentation" prior to submitting to IEEE for inclusion in Xplore. The "No Show List" will also be made available to the WiOpt steering committee to the conference organizers. If, due to extraordinary circumstances, none of the authors are able to present the paper at WiOpt then this should be communicated before the conference starts to the TPC Chairs. If we do not hear from you, then the paper will fall into the "No Show List".
